By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

Buddy of Mine Contracting provides general contracting, property maintenance, repairs, earthworks, and custom construction services. The scope of work will be clearly outlined and agreed upon prior to the start of the project. Any additional work requested beyond the original agreement may result in adjusted timelines and additional charges.

2. Site Access & Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work area. We reserve the right to pause or decline work if site conditions are unsafe, including structural instability, hazardous materials, aggressive animals, or unsafe access routes.

3. Scheduling & Weather

Project timelines may be adjusted due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site issues. In the event of delays, we will communicate promptly and coordinate a revised schedule.

4. Workmanship Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you have concerns about completed work, please notify us promptly so we can assess and address the issue appropriately.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Deposits may be required for larger projects. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept cash, e-transfer, and approved electronic payment methods.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Buddy of Mine Contracting is not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed structural issues, or conditions outside of our control that may affect the project.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available upon request or on our website.
